this will patch your NFSU2 speed2.exe so you have maxed out stars (10.0) so
you don't have to put on some of those freakin stupid visual upgrades to
get DVD photos with required star levels
requirements
NFSU2 v1.1 patch
cd-cracked 1.1 .exe, works with reloaded/skull releases (try game copy world)
usage
run nfsu2_max_stars.exe and select your speed2.exe. if you run it on an already patched .exe,
it will unpatch it. technically you should never see any error messages unless you try it on
the wrong version .exe.
